You have the right to return or exchange any product within
14 days from the date of receipt without giving a reason, as long as the
product:
- Is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Has all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns due to change of mind: the customer covers the
return shipping cost.
- Returns due to defect, damage, or error by Natuve: Natuve covers all shipping
costs.
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not as
described, you are entitled to:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund, or
- A repair (if applicable)
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product in such cases.
All return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by
Natuve.

Please include your order number, product name, and reason
for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and pickup
details.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days using
the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- If you paid cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or
wallet.
If you prefer an exchange:
- We can exchange for another size, color, or product of equal value (subject
to availability).
- If the new item is of higher value, you’ll pay the difference; if lower,
we’ll refund the difference.
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot
be returned or exchanged (unless defective):
- Items made to order or customized for you.
- Perishable or personal care products.
- Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene products once opened.
- Digital products or downloads.
This policy follows Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181
of 2018.
You always have the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection
Agency (CPA) in Egypt if your issue is not resolved.
Natuve reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
The version in effect on the purchase date applies to your order.
